The stand-alone unit is fully compatible with E-Motive's range of compact digital elevator position indicators and can be easily mounted into any fixture using a metal grille plate and 6.4mm PVC spacers, which are provided as standard. A boxed version of the Gong is also available, where mounting depth is not an issue.
The device offers three 24V triggered inputs for different gong sound patterns and volume adjustment, and with its low current consumption, will fit almost any elevator gong driving outputs. It is designed to function from 15 - 36V DC derived from a rectified and smoothed power supply at 12/24V AC/DC. Three connecting leads of 200mm minimum length are provided together with a connector that can be plugged into any compact type display.
The device meets European Regulation EMC prEN12015 and British Standard BS/EN 81 (Parts 1 & 2). It also meets British Regulations M2 1991 (Access and Facilities for Disabled People) and Scottish Technical Standard S2 (Part S : Access and Movement within Buildings and Protective Barriers. The new EN-Buzz from E-Motive Display is an ultra-slim audible bleeper for use in elevators and landing stations. When a call button is pressed, the EN-Buzz produces a distinctive bleep to confirm that the call has been registered by the elevator controller, as required by European standard EN81-70. This standard ensures all elevator users, including people with disabilities, can use the elevator safely and independently wherever possible.
Less that 2cm in depth, the EN-Buzz is easy to install and suitable for any elevator system using a simple 3-wire method. The bleep volume is adjustable, with sound output from 0-60dBA. The device has an operating voltage input of 12V-24V DC ±20%, power consumption of 12mA@24V DC and a frequency of 2.4kHZ.

e-motive display has launched an innovative new Ultra-Slim series of lift displays. Just 15mm (0.6") in depth, the company claims the products are the thinnest dot matrix displays currently available.
The displays' slim profile makes them an ideal choice when modernising or renovating old lifts. In modernisation projects, it is often difficult or impossible to tamper with a lift's existing fascia when installing new components – either within the car or in the hallway fixture. The Ultra-Slim range solves this problem by allowing lift engineers to upgrade the displays as part of a 20mm deep surface-mount fixture, without tampering with the existing fascia. Because they are so thin, the displays will not stand out or look out of place.
Another benefit of the Ultra-Slim series is its in-system programming, which allows lift engineers to program and change floor numbers on-site. This saves operators time if they need to make last-minute changes to display information.
